Emergency Information

Emergency Exits:

• Entrance floor – main entrance door
• Middle floor – Adjacent to the kitchen
• Ground floor – Next to Room 108 – Building manager’s room

Shelters:

• North side of the building – Ground floor , Room 111, tel. 03-6404586
• West side of the building – Ground floor, Room 102, Telephone 03-6404588

Upon hearing the alarm, all visitors to the library are asked to reach the shelters:

• If you are on the entrance floor or the middle floor, you are asked to descend the northern staircase (near the computer room on the entrance floor and near the printing room on the middle floor) and to go to the shelter on the north side of the library which is near the printing room on the ground floor.
• If you are on ground floor, you are asked to go to the shelter on the west side of building, near the elevator.
• If you are on the entrance or middle floors, and are unable to use the stairs because you are disabled, go to the elevator.  The area near the elevator is a protected area and one can wait there during the required time.

Important – Do not use the elevator during the alarm!
